We have exciting opportunities for Corporate Helpdesk Advisors to join us, based at our Purfleet office. These are permanent full time positions working 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
Within the role you will liaise with Customers, Depots and Account Managers to ensure customer visits are booked within SLA whilst maintaining maximum efficiency and quality. Striving to achieve all department targets and objectives, you will remain customer focused, resolving any issues effectively.
We are looking for someone who has excellent computer and communication skills, both written and verbal. With an exceptional telephone manner, you will be able to prioritise your own workload whilst maintaining a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Previous experience in a fast paced customer focused environment is needed, as is having a high attention to detail.
